多功能語言學習專區預約注意事項  

【預約座位】

 1.歡迎使用網路預約系統

2.使用多功能語言教室（104C~104G），建議您要提前預約，否則可能會空跑一趟，開放空間之自學區（104A、104B、104H）不需預約

 3.每人每天最多可預約設備120分鐘，開放空間之自學區不限使用時間

【沒有預約】

1.使用設備沒有預約的同學，請不要自行就座，可至專區櫃台旁Kiosk機查詢，當日登記預約空位，或至櫃檯以英語詢問

2.本專區設備並不保證每個時段都會有空位提供

【預約遲到或沒來】

1.逾時10分鐘不到位者，視同放棄，禁權7天

2.預約「連續兩個時段」，若第一時段逾時或缺席，則第二時段同樣視同放棄，禁權7天

【取消預約或更換座位】

1.取消預約，請於12小時前登入網路系統取消，如未取消預約，禁權7天

2.請依預約座位入座，如果因為設備故障，我們將查詢可替換座位，或優先為您預約替代時段

Reservation Policy for the Language Zone

The Language Zone is open Monday-Friday from 8:30 a.m-12 noon, and from 1:00-5:30 p.m. Reservations are required for use.

Advance Reservations

‧        Online reservations can be made seven days in advance.

‧        The reservation system records a maximum of 120 minutes per day per student.

Last-Minute Reservations

‧        May be made at the Reception Desk, but must be made in English

‧        Will not be possible if no vacancies are available

Cancellations: Must be made at least 12 hours before the reservation time
